INTRODUCTION
Average Faculty Salaries and Fringe Benefits, 2008-2009
|
The data tables in this report are intended for institutional comparisons .

The source for these data is the self-report from each institution included in the annual survey by the National Center for Education Statistics and the Indegrated Postsecondary Education Data System.

Statistical summaries based on 30 or more institutional records are considered reliable descriptors for the selected cohort.

A special macro developed by JMA calculates a percentile distribution of each variable in a cohort selection. The calculation is updated with each cohort selection. Zeros and blanks are ignored.
Carnegie Classification categories are attached to each institution record providing significant flexibility for creating useful cohort selections. Use the link below for complete information about Carnegie Classification.
http://www.carnegiefoundation.org/classifications/index.asp?key=809
Only reporting institutions are included in the data tables.
